Hi I Don't Know If U Guys Can Too But

Hi I don't know if u guys can too but I have a question about my eyes I don't think anyone knows. So I was born with bad vision , -3 on left and -3.25 on right. And I don't like glasses I wear them all the time but don't like them. I know and feel they are making my vision worse everyday, I want an alternate way of healing my eyes be cause glasses don't heal they just keep you at the same level. So recently I noticed red viens.showing on both eyes now. Do you think anyway you think you can help?
