Hi, I Don't Know What I Did We We're At

Hi, I don't know what I did we we're at a relative house during New Years Eve, I notice one tiny red spot on my right arm and scratch it, didn't go big but found lots of red spots in my body the next morning. We had a usual dinner and which I usually eats it. Its so itchy I couldn't sleep, I went to the Doctor & he gave me hydroxyzine but it's seems not working, I just slept all day, then bathe in my jacuzzi with a baking soda, still itchy. Now I have some blisters too with a pus on my foot. Can You give me a second opinion what to do coz I feel like burning my body bec of the itchiness.
