Hi, I Don't Know What Just Happened To My Foot/ankle

Hi, I don't know what just happened to my foot/ankle but this is what happened. I have ADHD, but that is not the problem. I was going to pretend to be on a live show like in LA or some place but I slipped and I heard some cracking in my foot/ankle. It hurt, but not that much. I don't know if I have a sprain or not, but I feel like I've cracked a few bones or something. Do you have a explanation to this?
