Hi, I Don't Like Going To Hospitals To Get Checked

Hi, I don't like going to hospitals to get checked out but I think I may need to go now because I've been having lower back pain for a few weeks now and for the last three days I've been urinating very 5-10 minutes and it stings while urinating. Today, I saw two very small red dots in the toilet. Should I be worried? What do you think might be wrong?
