Hi. I Feel A Big Lump Like A Bone Around

Hi. I feel a big lump like a bone around my left collar bone. It's been about nine months I noticed it. I'm 34 years old, 172 cm and 89 kg. I had painful left shoulder over a year go, the doctor said rotator cuff muscle injured. I still can not raise my left arm the same as my right arm. Not sure if the big bone on collar bone is related to that? Very nervous about it.
