Hi, I Feel Bloated For Two Weeks And Even I

Hi, I feel bloated for two weeks and even I take some antacid still comes back and get relieved for a few hours. usually, during night I felt discomfort with my stomach. I am chilling. I am 51 yr old and started with my menopausal stage. Does it one of the causes in connection with my menopausal? I have gone through abdominal ultrasound and it comes out normal. Please help me diagnose why this bloated always come. thank you for your quick reply.
