Hi I Feel Like I Have Had Something In My

Hi I feel like I have had something in my eye for a day or so, like dust or something . Have been messing with it trying see anything but can't . It's annoying I have noticed tiny red dot on coloured part of eye think it could be cause been messing with eye ?
