Hi, I Feel Like One Part Of My Spine Is

Hi, I feel like one part of my spine is bruised. The pain is more intense when I bend my back or slouch.
I am not sure if this is relevant but last night I believe I had a panic attack. Shortness of breath, felt like fire in my chest and my left hand was in extreme pain and it went up my wrist a bit. Unsure if these are related or not.
