Hi, I Feel Like The Worst Mom Ever I Can't

Hi,
I feel like the worst mom ever i can't stop crying i fell asleep and My 1 week old baby fell off the bed onto the wooden floor landed on her face she was still sleeping when i picked her up since then she has woken up responded when I said her name cried for abit got fed then went back to sleep...no bruised or anything...i feel so bad and should i be worried..
