Hi, I Feel That I Have Gotten A 24 Hour

Hi, I feel that i have gotten a 24 hour bug, Problem is that it has happened twice in the last week. I get a good nights sleep, Wake up shivering and cold and go back to sleep. I wake up.. exhausted still cold.. then I take a IBprofrine to the headache. Then after a bit. I feel better. more energy. wanting food. Then I get really hot for about an hour or so. Then I feel okay.. This happened on Friday and again on yesterday, Tuesday. My stomach felt uneasy the second time. Then there is a lingering chest pains.
