Hi I Feel Very Cold But I'm Hot My Ear

Hi I feel very cold but I'm hot my ear been hurting all day everytime I chew or swallow it hurts more and when I put a heat pack on it it makes it 1000% times worse it's on my left side and my right side feels heavy as what could it be my ear feels blocked as well
