Hi I Fell 5 Days Ago Falling On My Knees

Hi I fell 5 days ago falling on my knees they are badly bruised and cut but the pain has got worse in both legs all the way down the legs feels like really bad cramps but constantly. usually I am good with pain but this definitely a 10 on pain scale. do you think I should get them checked out.
