I fell 7ft off a wall a week ago
I was taken to hospital and said I had badly bruised my ribs right side only.
Generally I'm better but I am in agony with a pain in my right breast and unable to take really deep breaths, I also get muscle spasm there too with slight numbness in my arm.
Do I need to be worried
