Hi. I Fell A Week Ago And Hit Hit Ear.

Hi. I fell a week ago and hit hit ear. It was cut behind the ear, but not real damage to the inner ear. I sense some sort of fluid in my ear, but nothing comes out. The cuts on the outside of the ear are healing, however U have had about 30-50 percent hearing in that ear since. It has been a week now, and I am getting concerned. I am thinking that it is due to a swelling inside the ear which is causing my eardrum to be blocked. It feels plugged, but again nothing come out. Any suggestions?
