Hi I Fell And Hit My Forehead Really Really Hard

Hi I fell and hit my forehead really really hard that it made me cry right in the centre of forehead. This was 4 weeks ago. My forehead has a very visible bump which doesn't seem to have gone :( its so visible and in certain rights it's very obvious. Will it go?! If not what can I do as its very upsetting and makes me self conscious.. I'm only 24... I've read a lot about some bumps going and some staying forever... I don't want it to stay forever......
