Hi, I fell and hit my vagina hard on a rim and it was extremely painful. I was bleeding so I checked and saw that I had a long deep cut on the labia lip. It is very painful right now and it's been hours after. It's VERY swollen even with ice on it. I don't know how the ER will help me. What should I do, will it heal by itself?
