Hi I Fell Couple Day Ago Scraped My Knee By

Hi I fell couple day ago scraped my knee by foot and on both knee cap and got a lump not huge on knee cap I been using some med from wal greens to keep it clean prevent germs or anything that meds is called bactine... what should I do for lump or any other suslggestions.
