Hi I Fell Down My Stairs Around 5pm Today. When

Hi I fell down my stairs around 5pm today. When I fell I was carrying a trifold poster board and slipped down two steps as i fell straight back on my right shoulder. I soaked the area in water and Epsom salt, took ibuprofen, and just got done icing it. Underneath my right shoulder blade, my right side of my back and collar bone ache and hurt when breathing. Is it possible it's just inflammation from the fall? I am to work as a CNA tomorrow, what should I do?
