Hi, I Fell Down On My Right Side. I Have

Hi, I fell down on my right side. I have inflammation (I guess) pain, it hurts when touching it. But I can walk so I assume nothing is broken? I am currently putting voltaren on the areas in pain. How long should it take before feeling ok again? And what else can I do if there is anything else that I can do.
