Hi. I Fell Down Some Stairs Today, Slipped On Ice

Hi. I fell down some stairs today, slipped on ice fell backwards then slid down. I had to go to work, so I got up, walked to bus and was on my feet all day except for bus ride. On break I used the restroom and notice some bleeding/spotting. I just had my menstral cycle Feb 2-8. Should I be concerned? I am in some pain but figured it was because I fell.
