Hi I Fell Down Some Steps About Two Weeks Ago

Hi I fell down some steps about two weeks ago and I'm still in pain I fell directly on my butt and it's hard sitting straight up or laying in some positions driving is almost unbearable . Should I see a doctor or could it just be bruising but I don't see any bruise .
