Hi... I Fell Down Two Days Back And Got Scratches

Hi... I fell down two days back and got scratches in my ankle. One of my friend applied tincture and he tied a bandage around my ankle. Due to that my skin looks like a burnt skin and it's burning alot. Kindly tell me what can be done since I couldn't walk also due to the pain.
