Hi I Fell Down While Jogging And Had 3 Stitches

Hi I fell down while jogging and had 3 stitches above my upper lip, the stitches were removed 5 days later, but it's been over one month and the scab still there and there is a small hard bump near the area that was stitched! Will the hard bump go away? What should I do to avoid scars? I am freaking out!!!!!
