Hi I Fell Hard Off Of Steps And Landed Hard

Hi I fell hard off of steps and landed hard on either another step or cement I am having pain from the butt up to the hip cannot bear weight on the side I hit with out pain have to lay flat on my back because of pain, I just need to know if I should go to the ER as it has gotten worse instead of better
