Hi, I Fell Hard Onto My Butt/hip A Couple Of

Hi, I fell hard onto my butt/hip a couple of weeks ago playing hockey and although I felt bruised and sore for a couple of days I there was never a visible bruise. After 4 or 5 days there was no pain either but I do now have a cyst-like "squishy" swelling in the area of impact. I thought it would go down after a few days but now we're over 2 weeks on and if anything it seems to be getting larger. Is this something I should be concerned about or do I need to just give it more time?
