Hi I Fell In Bathtub Like 2 Years Ago And

Hi I fell in bathtub like 2 years ago and hit my waist , by my buttocks, it was not critical for me to go doctor so I ignored it as the pain went away, now I M having extreme pain right where I got hit, if I walk or stand too long it pains, I took xtray, all kind of test and just shows nothing is wrong, only that the spine is accumulating water.
