Hi, I Fell In The Shower And Landed On My

Hi, I fell in the shower and landed on my ribs ( right side) about 2 weeks ago. I am still in a lot of pain. Didn't go to a doctor because everyone said there is nothing they can do but now I'm nervous that maybe I did serious damage. I fell really hard. Didn't have anything to stop my fall. Is it too late to go to the ER or see a doctor?
