Hi, I Fell Last Thursday And Hit The Back Of

Hi, I fell last Thursday and hit the back of my head, and knocking y self out, my husband brought me to a local hospital, the did a ct scan, found a small bleed and sent me to mass General for observation with the neurosurgeons, the di CT scans,found it had stopped and I was discharged, I felt good yesterday, last nigt my headache got worse,and its been bad all day, I have been sleepy today, is that normal since I was feeling good yesterday
