Hi I Fell On A Rock WhIle Snowboarding Last Week.

Hi I fell on a rock whIle snowboarding last week. I hit the back part of my left hip bone right above the tail bone. This fall knocked the wind out of me and I bruised it pretty badly. I felt absolutely fine before the fall. Once the shock wore off I was fine for the rest of the run. I sat down for about 15 minutes after the run and still felt fine. Once we got up again to go do another run I got into the chairlift line and right before the chair lift came I got extremely dizzy. It got worse as the lift went up. By the time I got to the top I couldn't stand, and I was just seeing white. I was nauseous and breathing very heavily. Once I got inside the ski patrol station I started shaking. We all thought it was elivation suckness. The ski patrol thought it was very strange how fast and suddenly it came on. The thought maybe I was coming down with a bug. I felt so good that morning and I had been skiing on this mountain many times this year already. I had just come back from NJ the week before, but I felt fine that whole week. Is it possible my fall made me have this reaction?
