Hi, I Fell On Ice Yesterday While Carrying My 30

Hi, I fell on ice yesterday while carrying my 30 pound toddler on my hip. I now have a huge bruise across my left butt cheek going to my tailbone. I have extreme low back pain and my right hip hurts as well. If I try to sit or stand for anytime it hurts. I have tried heat and ice as well as ibuprofen and Tylenol. Nothing seems to be working. Should I be concerned?
