Hi I Fell On My Left Rib Age A Nd

Hi I fell on my left rib age a nd then had to pull myself to Get to a phone to call 911, I have no trouble breathing but the area is swollen, I didn't ice right away and I don't want to go to the urgent care and get x-rayed because I know they'll just say nothing is broken and we can't do anything, I do feel like a clicking feeling sometimes, can you just give me your opinion please?
