Hi I Fell On My Shoulder At The Weekend And

Hi I fell on my shoulder at the weekend and it is very sore I had an xray on it on Sunday and the doctor said it wasn't broken or dislocated but the hospital rang me today and said they need me to go to the orthopedic on Thursday as they found something on it? What could it be I am worried?
