Hi, I Fell Over In October And My Left Hand

Hi, I fell over in October and my left hand took most of my fall. I still have a very painful elbow joint, it's not swollen and never was. I now have a slight burning pain where my bra strap sits, between my shoulder blades. Could this all be linked? My left shoulder is beginning to give my some discomfort as well. The majority of the pain is in my elbow joint.
