Hi, I Fell Recently On My Hip On Some Loose

Hi, I fell recently on my hip on some loose rock and there is no bruising yet when I try to stand from a seated position there is pain and it feels like a pulling, could I have torn a ligament or muscles, seems like if I fractured my hip I would be in constant pain
