Hi, I Firstly Tried Using Waxing Strips All On My

Hi, I firstly tried using waxing strips all on my vagina and not all the hair came off.. So then i tried applying hair removal cream a day after and it stung so bad i had to rinse it off. Now i have massive red burn like marks on my vagina. How should i treat this and how long till its better? :(
