Hi I Found A Few Months Ago A Dent In

Hi I found a few months ago a dent in the top of my head. And for about a year iv been having strange head aches feeling light headed and the feeling I'm might fall. Iv had an MR I scan for the head aches and feeling light headed it came back clear but showed up some wear and tear to one of the disc in my neck. But not seen doctor about the dent on my head. And I wanted to know what it could be?
