Hi I Found A Few Of These Pills That I

Hi I found a few of these pills that I don't have a clue what they are it has a C R on one side and blank on the other side with a indent between the C and the rand I can't pay anything for this I'm on welfare and am so broke plz can u help me without any money or do I just go else where
