Hi I Found A Small Lump To The Right Side

Hi I found a small lump to the right side of my groin a couple of month ago , over time it has gradually grew bigger to the size of a grape. It is not painful or uncomfortable but I do find it really painful and uncomfortable deep within my pelvis during sex. I have recently had a 3 week long period as well do any if these problems relate to each other.
