Hi, I Found A Tick On The Back Of My

Hi, I found a tick on the back of my head just under two weeks ago. I do not have a fever or a rash, but my lymph nodes all down that side of my neck are swollen. Should I make a doctors appointment? Or is this something that should go away on its own?
