Hi I Found Out I Was B12 Deficient 4 Months

Hi I found out I was b12 deficient 4 months ago and I was to.d last week I have hypothyroidism. I've been perscribed 50mg of levothyroxine.
I'm tired all the time and find it hard to concentrate. I sleep for long periods of the day. When can I expect to feel better please
