Hi I Found Out Recently That My Boyfriend Of 3

Hi I found out recently that my boyfriend of 3 years is bisexual and had had sex with men before we were together. As I only just found this out I asked him to get a std test. The test came back saying he had a immunity to hpv of some sort. Does this mean he could have infected me with it too? And what hpv tests do they do on bisexual men
