Hi I Gave A Medical Test Few Days Back And

Hi I gave a medical test few days back and according to the x-ray report the doctor said i have paracardiac in my left lung and he gave me 2 tablets to take for seven days. The tablets are;
1. Fixime - 0
2. Beplex Forte
The doctor suggested me to take this medicine for 7 days and take the x-ray again. My question is what is this paracardiac and will it be cured in 7 days?
