Hi, I get a red splotchy rash on my chest, neck and upper arms anytime I'm nervous, excited, anxious, when I drink alcohol and when I'm hot. Is there anything that I can do to prevent this from happening? It's really embarrassing when it happens because people point it out and question me about it.
