Hi... I Get Alopecia Areata After Every Few Years... My

Hi... I get alopecia areata after every few years... My derma has suggested me follifast lotion along with aciloc tablet and ivepred tablets... M worried because both of these are steroids. Are they safe to consume? Is this the right medication? How to stop reoccurence of alopecia areata? Thank you.
