Hi, I Get Pain In My Lower Abdomen, More Toward

Hi, I get pain in my lower abdomen, more toward the right side & my testicles ache upon sexual arousal. I also find it hard to maintain an election of late, should I be worried? I do smoke but have cut down to around 5 - 10 a day max & I'm trying out top completely....any ideas what the issue could be?
