Hi, I Got A Condyloma Cauterized 3 Days Ago. The

Hi, I got a condyloma cauterized 3 days ago. The burned skin has now peeled and the underlying tissue has started to redden and very slightly bleed which I take as a sign of revascularization and recovery. However, the area is itching a lot. Could this be because of remaining wart that was missed during cauterization, or is it probably due to the healing process?
