Hi! I Got A New Container For My Birth Control

Hi! I got a new container for my birth control I took the first active one and then the next 3 days I accidentally took the sugar pills as my container spun the opposite way as usual. I figure it out tonight and when I did I panicked and took 4 when I only missed 3 then I read you could overdose and get sick so I made myself throw up now I am wondering where to go from here and how to take my pills from here on out? Do I start over? Continue? Please advise.
