Hi I Got A Problem With My Right Hand Side

Hi I got a problem with my right hand side every thing ok with my bladder and no ciss kidneys ok to as I just had a ultra sound so why is my right hand side still swollen and keep need to uranite all the time . They think it could be a muscle strain that is the cause could you please help me with my sympoms thank you Shirley
