Hi I Got A Rash That Last Less Than 5

I got a rash that last less than 5 minutes. This happened 3 times in the last month.
the first time it rained and saw the rash on the back of my hand, it was small itchy rash.
two weeks later, it was on my forearm leaving the gym,
last week it was on around my bicep area, I felt it while walking the dog.
But they never last more than 5 minutes
Should I worry?
