Hi I Got About 60 Stiches Oct 5 And Had

Hi I got about 60 stiches Oct 5 and had them removed 10 days later, and now I'm having difficulty moving my arm it feels like it's ripping open and getting sharp pains at random times. Is this normal? Also it was a very deep cut and i fear that maybe the stitches under the surface may be ripping, is this a possiblity?
